We recently had the pleasure of staying here with a group of 22 people, and from start to finish, the team at Secrets Tulum went above and beyond to make our celebration incredibly special.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was flawless. The staff was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating—no small feat when coordinating such a large group! Whether it was organizing group dinners or helping us navigate the property, their attention to detail never wavered.

The highlight? They surprised me by decorating our room beautifully for my 40th birthday. It was thoughtful, personalized, and absolutely Instagram-worthy—a true reflection of how much they care about guest experiences.

It truly feels like you’re tucked away in a hidden paradise—yet still have every modern comfort at your fingertips. I opted for a walk out room with a plunge pool- totally worth the splurge.

Although the resort is set in the jungle, guests have access to the private Secrets Beach Club—and transportation is included, making it easy and stress-free. The beach club is pure perfection: soft white sand, crystal-clear water, and luxurious loungers where you can sip cocktails and soak in the sun, all part of the all inclusive package.

It’s a beautiful balance— the jungle, and beach, just a short ride away.

One of the biggest surprises was how impressive the dining scene was. With multiple restaurants offering global cuisine—from fresh seafood to decadent outdoor steakhouse—there wasn’t a single disappointing meal. Every dish was beautifully presented, and the service was consistently top-tier.

Whether we were eating as a group or having a quiet dinner for two, the ambiance and quality were always spot on. And the bonus? 24/7 room service—because sometimes a midnight snack or breakfast in bed is the ultimate luxury.
